My account got hacked

I need help, my account got hacked and my access email changed. I tried to get help from the chatbox bot only sends me to the article of "what to do if my account got hacked" and the advisor thing do...

    What happens, when you try to create a case with an advisor here? 

    Unfortunately, we don't have access to account information here in the forum and therefore cannot help with hacked account issues - Support is the only one that can provide assistance with these.
