My account hacked

My accounts been hacked for years and can't get any help with it through ea I've tried numerous times to no avail and I'm getting real sick of this bs going in circles through ea's contact crap which...

    What's happening when you try to connect with the support team? Are you getting error messages? Have you been able to chat with any support advisors at any point?
