My account has been hacked and there is no help desk to ask

I try everything and i can't found any email or someone to try,

All the links doesn't work still waiting for a response from EA side,

what can i do to solve this issue and recover my account

Comparing the link in our hacked accounts article (under "If you can't access your EA account"), your link seems to be missing some of the URL. Can you try that one? It gives me the option to start a chat.
