I dont know where else to go for this, because EA is just absolutely HORRENDOUS at **bleep**ing everything appearantly. I made a new account because my other account got hacked a while back, and I gave up trying to use it, went to login the other day and it finally let me change the password and get back into it. Just to find out my account was banned. Reached out to the EA Help page over a week ago and never heard back. The ban doesnt have any listed reason as to why its banned. I would like my account back, or at the least, a refund on the games I had bought on there so I can buy them on this new account.
