My EA account has been linked to a random steam account

I installed FC 25, but when I sign in with my EA account, I get a message saying it's linked to a random Steam account. I already unlinked that Steam account, but the message still shows up 

Does anyone know why?

    Hello 312808112521​,

    this is due to the fact that an EA account can only be linked to one steam account in its lifetime. However, if you contact EA Support and explain your situation there, they might be able to make an exception and manually link the accounts.

    I already did that and they told me to wait 72 hours, but those 72 hours have passed and I have no answer, even more than 72 hours have passed

    In that case, I'd recommend contacting support again, but using the chat option as this should let you talk to someone directly without having to wait for an answer.
