My EA Account Is Linked To A Now Disabled Email From Past Job.

I have an EA account that is linked to my Xbox account that I have played on for 10+ years. I recently got a PC in the last few weeks and have tried to link my EA account to my PC but for some reason my xbox/EA account is still using this disabled email from a past job that I have no access to. Someone please assist!
