My EA Account linked to an another Steam account

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this. Let's see...if that Steam account is the stolen EA account, it would be best to try to recover your Steam account access and resecure it. Once your Steam account has been recovered, it'd be a good idea to reset the security settings on your linked accounts, too, such as your EA account, email account, PSN/Xbox account, etc., and make sure you have two-factor authentication set up on each.
