When logging in with my phone number or using the secondary email, it shows that the EA account cannot be found.On April 10th, after I forgot my password and changed it once, I immediately couldn't log in to my EA account. I don't know why. It keeps showing that the request cannot be completed. Please help me. My EA App ID is MeiYouFanNao-L.

Could you try clearing the browser cache and giving it another go? See if you run into that error message from a different browser, also.
