my EA account that is linked with my steam account got hacked

my EA account that is linked with my steam account got hacked : someone changed my email to an anonymous email and i dont know how to get it back so pls i need some help !!

Same thing here... Im considering never purchasing EA games again. Its been nothing but a hassle for years.
