my EA packs are not in game

i recently purchased the sims 4 vampires pack but it wont show up in my game.

i have tried closing the game and re opening it, repairing the game. i have read through many articles and nothings helping. 

i play the sims 4 through the EA app. 

just hoping someone can reply with some help. thank you!!
