My PlayStation account is linked to an email address I DID NOT set up

Sorry to hear that your PlayStation account has been linked to a foreign EA account. If you haven't already, please be sure to secure your PlayStation account to ensure no one else can access it.

Unlinking accounts needs to be done on the EA side. Since the EA account linked to the PSN account isn't yours, you'll need to contact our live support team to unlink it from the foreign EA account and link it to your EA account. After filling out the form, you'll be redirected to a self-serve page with an option to chat with an advisor. They'll ask you a few questions about the account to verify you're the owner before helping you link the correct accounts.
