Contacted a EA advisor via chat https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care and they unlinked my 'unknown EA account'.
After that I was able to link my EA account and PSN accounts again.

Sorry to bother you after a few months, but I'm in the same situation as you, except that the two advisors I talked to told me they couldn't do anything since I do not own the unknown EA account linked to my PSN. Could you tell me exactly how you asked them to unlink your PSN from that unknown account?

You will have to get into the live chat with EA and ask them to unlink the disabled account from your PSN i account. I wrote this you Can use as inspiration:
