My PSN is linked to an unknown EA account!! Help!!!!!!!

Hello!!! I need serious help !!! Please help me!


Hello , I just purchase and installed Spolit Fiction on my PSN: Nedda_E

But it said I can't start the game because my account needs to update login password.

However when I use my PSN login email:[edit: email address removed] to login to EA.com, I found that this email is not linked with any PSN account. And my PSN account is linked to an unknown email I never used!!! I want to unlink my PSN account from that EA account (83*****@disabled.ea.co)  which I never used!!!!

What can I do now? Because I can't find anyway that to login to that EA account (83*****@disabled.ea.co)  I never used, I can't unlink my PSN: Nedda_E and relink my PSN to my EA account (Both use email: [edit: email address removed]), why this is happening?? Can you help me!!!!!!!!! Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sorry to bother you after a few months, but I'm in the same situation as you, except that the two advisors I talked to told me they couldn't do anything since I do not own the unknown EA account linked to my PSN. Could you tell me exactly how you asked them to unlink your PSN from that unknown account?

    You will have to get into the live chat with EA and ask them to unlink the disabled account from your PSN i account. I wrote this you Can use as inspiration:

    “Hi,

    I am unable to access my old EA account's registered email address and unable to login, and would like my PlayStation account unlinked. The EA account username is unknown but I Can see the associated email address is 7f*****@disabled.ea.com. However, I have access to the linked PlayStation account. The PSN (PlayStation username) is ————-

    Im stuck and cant Play ea games on my new ps5 since my old ea account has been deleted by EA and still linked with my PSN account…

    Could you please help me?”
