My PSN is linked to strange EA account

I installed BF6 for the first time in my PS5 and when trying to link EA account to my PSN it shows that my PSN is already linked to some strange EA account and got banned I can't play game now What ...

I'm having the same issue...I downloaded BF 6 on Monday (PS 5) and it wanted to send a verification code to an email address that isn't mine.   When I went to link my EA/PSN account it shows it's already linked using the same email.  PSN says it's a EA problem...meanwhile it's day 3 and I still haven't been able to play it.  I can't believe it's that difficult to get some help....
