My son can't play after update.....
We have 2 Xbox's, and prior to the update my son was able to play. He had no issues logging in and playing and we would often play together. After the update he is unable to play on his account. I can play on either Xbox's with my account but whenever he logs in it comes up with an error that says:
"ERROR CODE 1:86001S:89001S:9C:-13561655840"
We have repeatedly tried to close and restart but his account won't work. Sometimes it gets into a Queue and then errors out with the same error.
Something happened with the update so there should be a fix. Please help.
