my Steam + Xbox account
Hello EA Support,
I’m trying to link my Xbox and Steam account to my EA account but I’m encountering issues. Also it’s been unlink over 6-12 months already. Now i tried to link it, it doesn't work for me. both account didn't link another EA account yet, How can I get relink it?
Here’s my information:
- EA Email: [edit: email address removed]
- Xbox Gamertag: yupimjohn3219 ([edit: email address removed])
-Steam ID: *snip*
Please help me resolve this so I can play EA games with my correct account.

Unfortunately, that's not something we can help you with on EA Forums.
It looks like your EA account already had a Steam account linked to it; a new one can't be linked again due to the previous lifelong link.Our guide to unlinking platform accounts provides more information about this lifelong link.
It is in place to protect your account from malicious activity and helps prevent performance issues in your games. Sorry!
