When I visit my EA connections (https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/connected-accounts), my Twitch account shows as a random mix of letters and numbers rather than my actual Twitch username.
I contacted Twitch support who told me to contact EA, and they haven't responded to me. I need to know I'm going to get my Twitch rewards.
How can I get this looked into by a human being?
Mine shows that too and I'm wondering the same thing.
Edit: I unlinked and re-linked my Twitch account and now it shows my Twitch username instead of a random mix of letters and numbers and I got a code drop within like 2 minutes of fixing the linked account.
Mine says it's not linked. But when i go and try and link it to my actual account. It says it's already linked to another twitch account.... I don't understand what's going on. I also get a weird string of letters.
How are you able to unlink and relink the twitch account if it says “your EA account can only be linked to one account in its lifetime”
You're unlinking and relinking to the same account. It's still that "one account". You just can't link to any other/different account.
