NEED COMMUNITY MANAGER

So after 19 1/2 hrs nonstop in EA live chat and someone opened my ticket finally after getting the email issues resolved he informed me that community managers are able to file complaints and get things seen by EA HELP. So i am writing this with the hope that maybe COMMUNITY MANAGERS dont take 19hrs to reply, and that i can actually get in touch with someone to elevate the issues.  Its unacceptable to have someone sit there waiting on support for 19hrs, your live chat has est wait times of 30 mins and then as soon as it get to 1 or even 0 mins remaining it would reset to 240mins. Chery on top i submitted this case before BF6 even released and have been on X seeing that people are getting 24 xp tokens and free battlepasses,  yet the people that EA HELP neglected and havent even gotten to touch the game yet are just screwed outta that cause of a 19HR turnaround on a 5 MIN ISSUE. i will be looking forward to hear back from someone with steps we can take next.

  • 6hrs in to making this one and still crickets chirping in here, community managers must be PLAYING THE GAME, while the half the community is locked behind EA Helps 24hr plus wait times when they advertise the live chat as being a 30 min option to get support

  • yep, ive been waiting for 48 hours now. Ive sent a form through their "TRUSTe" legal privacy 3rd party thing, and am now writing a physical letter to ship to corporate to actually get a response. This is insane. Like im not even in the mood to play the game anymore, ill just pirate it when a cracked version comes out

    Same like i needed to verify the account to complete the purchase of the game but after sitting for 19hrs straight through the night with a “est wait time of 30min” all these “grab your day one bonus” or “players that had issues will be given free season passes and xp tokens” yet now that i can FINALLY access my account if i complete my purchase now i get no preorder bonuses and none of the freebies because YOU false advertise your wait times and takes 19hrs to get to a single persons ticket when he was sitting in your live chat getting skipped over and ignored that entire time i want answers of am i going to be compensated for the LACK of Support or what you got me pissed off and now still want me to pay FULL PRICE cause your system was messed up while giving freebies to people that werent locked in your EAHELP LOOP

    Mine’s been stuck at 0 mins for HOURS and then by the time someone actually responded to my request, I fell asleep and the ticket is considered closed, so I had to reopen another ticket (and subsequently wait for hours AGAIN). This is such an abysmal management from EA.

    Waited for over 6 hours yesterday, initial wait estimate was 15mins and at one point t sat on 0 mins for over an hour

    Still have yet to get a single reply from ANY community manager, and have cases filed for review with Quality Assurance on the EA help website, IF/WHEN anyone does get to an agent make sure to tell them you want your case flagged for review. The live agents wont submit a complaint according to them that power remains with COMMUNITY MANAGERS(IF ONLY THEY WERE HERE IN THE COMMUNITY), You can scroll the forums yourself and see 0 engagement since BF6 release, for any topic people out here marking their own cases with SOLUTIONS because THE SUPPORT IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND
