NEED COMMUNITY MANAGER
So after 19 1/2 hrs nonstop in EA live chat and someone opened my ticket finally after getting the email issues resolved he informed me that community managers are able to file complaints and get things seen by EA HELP. So i am writing this with the hope that maybe COMMUNITY MANAGERS dont take 19hrs to reply, and that i can actually get in touch with someone to elevate the issues. Its unacceptable to have someone sit there waiting on support for 19hrs, your live chat has est wait times of 30 mins and then as soon as it get to 1 or even 0 mins remaining it would reset to 240mins. Chery on top i submitted this case before BF6 even released and have been on X seeing that people are getting 24 xp tokens and free battlepasses, yet the people that EA HELP neglected and havent even gotten to touch the game yet are just screwed outta that cause of a 19HR turnaround on a 5 MIN ISSUE. i will be looking forward to hear back from someone with steps we can take next.
