Need help about updating my email

I tried to get in contact with EA support but its completely confusing and i have no clue how to get help,

today i realized that the email i used in 2013 to create this account doesn’t exist anymore cuz i always log in through playstation, and i tried to change it but it keeps telling me that its gonna send a code to the email, i tried to log in on that email but outlook says it doesn’t exist anymore cuz I haven’t touch it in years, so now im stuck with trying to contact SOMEONE so i can finally change my email here so i can link a Nintendo account to play Apex on my switch 2…

Can anyone help me pls… i need to talk to someone from support that is a human that can help me and not trap me in a loop like the Help.ea.com😭😭
