Need help getting in contact with EA support

I tried submitting a support ticket but it wont submit. I have all the fields filled out, no error but clock submit and nothing happens. Anyways my issue is my old EA account was deleted and im trying to link my new EA  app account to my xbox account but i cant because of my old EA account and only being able to link to one account has anyone else dealt with this issue? How did you get it fixed thanks
