EA Account Merging

Hey there!

I have an old EA account (from Origin) and I wanted to know if it was possible to merge that account with this one. I have searched about this topic on EA Help and, as the "How to merge EA Accounts" section mentions, I must get in touch with someone at EA in order to do it, but I can´t:

When I press "Contact Us", the chatbot stays on a loop after I explain the situation - it redirects to "Your EA Help support options" and when I submit the survey, it redirects me back to the "How to merge EA Accounts" section. I have checked the "My Cases" tab to see if something survey-related pops up, but nothing.

Can someone help me?

    Can you try contacting live support using this web form instead? Once you complete the form, you should be redirected to a self-service page where you'll see the option to chat with an advisor. 

    Let us know if that connects you with an advisor, thanks!

    I completed the form and it is currently connecting me with an Advisor. I´ll let you know how it goes.

    Hey again EA_mplsnow​  , sorry for the late reply - I took a bit to respond since I was waiting for the Merged Games and DLCs to be available on the primary account.

    I had an issue with 1 Game and respective DLCs that weren't showing after the merge process. I've since contacted an EA Advisor (again using the link you provided) and the issue is now sorted.

    Aside from that, the process went smoothly and, now, everything is as it should!

    I marked your first reply as Solution to help other people that might have the same issue, as well as mentioned/linked your reply in the EA Help Feedback Survey after the case was closed.
