Need help recovering my EA account

Hello, 

I recently received an early access code for the BF6 beta and I'm trying to get into my EA account to redeem the code. However, during the login process when it says to check my email for a 2FA verification code the code doesn't go through. I've been working this for an hour now and have tried to send the code at least a dozen times. No matter what I do the verification code does not show up in my linked email account, not in the main inbox, not in my spam folder, promotions folder, All Mail folder, or anywhere. I even checked other accounts.

I also was unable to submit a support ticket on the EA support site (here --> https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/) because when I try to submit it I just get brought to a login screen I obviously have no way of getting through. I had to make a new account with a secondary email just to post on this forum. If I could try receiving the verification code to said secondary email I think that might work. Please help me if you're able, I really don't know how else to reach out to EA given that they don't have a phone number.
