Need help unlinking an account.

I accidentally created two EA accounts, one for Xbox and one for PlayStation, and contacted EA support to delete one. They didn't delete it but did unlink my Playstation account from it and put it on an EA disabled account. I want to play BF6 on PlayStation since I have a PS5pro but can't since I can't link the PS account to EA account. I have made multiple cases through EA support but I don't think the live chat function works. I have stared at my phone for hours over the past few days but never see any messages but when checking the case logs there are notes that people are trying to talk to me but it never shows in the chat window. I am trying on mobile because my laptop is busted. Two different phones, tried both Firefox and Chrome without extensions, cleared data, tried incognito mode and also tried connected to wifi and cellular.

    I’m literally in the same boat as you. EA costumer support is God awful. I already opened like 6 different support tickets to no avail. If they don’t solve my issue by BF6’s release date I won’t buy another EA game ever again!

    This doesn't help at all. I have done all this. This issue is not resolved. Someone at EA has to unlink. But reaching out to them is difficult.

    Another thing I'm noticing that instead of helping people are just saying it's solved and closing support cases as fixed.
