Need help unlinking an account.

I accidentally created two EA accounts, one for Xbox and one for PlayStation, and contacted EA support to delete one. They didn't delete it but did unlink my Playstation account from it and put it on...

This doesn't help at all. I have done all this. This issue is not resolved. Someone at EA has to unlink. But reaching out to them is difficult.

Another thing I'm noticing that instead of helping people are just saying it's solved and closing support cases as fixed.
