Need Help Unlinking Steam from Banned EA Account (Appeal Denied)

My EA account (lucasfrancox) was banned from EA SPORTS FC 25. I submitted a ban appeal and it was denied — I fully accept the decision and I'm not asking for a ban reversal.
My problem is that my Steam account (xlucasfranco) is still linked to this banned EA account, and I’m being told by support that there’s no way to unlink it manually.
I’ve tried multiple chats with EA Advisors and they all give me the same response: that it’s impossible due to the ban. However, I’ve seen cases here on the forums where users were helped manually.
I legally purchased the game on Steam and I just want to unlink my Steam account from the banned EA account so I can use it with my new EA account (xlucasfranco) and play again.
Please help me escalate this request to someone who has the ability to resolve it.

If your ban appeal has been denied, we will not help you evade that ban.
You can only link one Steam account to an EA Account, so make sure you choose the right EA Account to link to.
If you unlink your Steam account and link it to a different EA Account, any entitlements, like in-game rewards, points, and items, will remain on the EA Account that your Steam account was first linked to.
