Need help with linking new email

First made my EA account on my PS4 with an email I don't use or have access to anymore, I changed the PSN email, and now I want to change the EA account email to that new one, but it requires me to write a code that is only sent to the old email I don't have access to. I have full access over the PSN account and can play on it just fine, but I want to change the EA account email anyways.

    If that's one of the TFA codes, you can use one of the backup codes displayed when you enabled TFA. In other cases, you have to contact us directly via
