Need help with loging out of EA account without knowing the EA information

I got new Nhl never played before and i never made an account with ea then i start playing and it says i need to reset my password i check the email it says”19*****.disabled.ea.com” and i never made one until today and i cant link my xbox account to my ea account because it is some how linked already to an account how do i unlink without the email or password for the other one
