Need help with loging out of EA account without knowing the EA information

I got new Nhl never played before and i never made an account with ea then i start playing and it says i need to reset my password i check the email it says”19*****.disabled.ea.com” and i never made ...

Are you sure that you never linked accounts before? Have you previously played any EA games?
