We cannot assist with this on the forums unfortunately, as this does require verifying some other details about the account before any changes can be made. I do see you've mentioned speaking with support about this already. If you're still having trouble, you would need to open a new case or resume a prior case from your case history so another advisor can take a look with you.
They will also need to verify more details about the account to make sure we're only giving access to the original account holder. If the details provided don't match what's registered on the account, they wouldn't be able to make changes in that chat. You're welcome to try again in a new chat as needed, but they will need to be able to verify certain details before updating any information.
Nope, they are useless, as i stated, thus my old account, open to hacking with my info is still beign used. And cant talk with support in my language because it doesnt exist.
