• Start a case with EA Support. Open >> this guide << and scroll to the bottom to click on the 'Contact Us' button. That'll open a support ticket form you can fill out and submit it to send it to our support team.
• Helpful to have ready:
• The original email address you used to create the EA account.
• Purchase receipts if you have them.
• Game Codes you've redeemed on the account (if available).
• Any connected accounts, like a PSN ID, Xbox Gamertag, Steam ID, etc.
