New EA Play Pro Subscriber - Can't Download Game

Hi all,

I just paid for my EA Play Pro subscription and I'm trying to download a game, but the download button is inactive. I've already tried restarting the EA App.

Has anyone else run into this right after subscribing? Is there a common fix for this? Any help would be appreciated.

    You can try clearing your EA app's cache using this little trick:

    Clear the app cache via Help > App Recovery > Clear Cache

    I've moved your thread to the EA Community Discussion forum, since it doesn't seem to be specific to Battlefield. 

    However, as well as the advice that Steeve_BF has given you, it may also be worth checking that the subscription is showing as being active in your EA account details. If you head to ea.com and sign in, you should be able to see the status of the subscription in the "Subscriptions and Memberships" section.
