No reply to customer support.

Hello.

I have made several inquiries for support regarding EA account issues,

I don't receive an answer email, and I don't receive an e-mail to consult with a counselor.

 

Is there no way???

    Hey Gail_brother​, 

    Are you trying to reach support for an account action or another issue? It might be worth using this web form on an incognito or private window and selecting a different issue as your topic to see if the live chat option becomes available.
