No welcome packs and no access to transfer market I have been playing fifa for so long and now this has happened

Hey callofobi99 have you played the previous FC games?
It can happen that if you skip a year that you may run into issues like this.
Just so you are aware, transfer market access is not guaranteed and you may need to unlock it.
