No welcome back packs or transfer market access

I can't access the transfer market even though I played last year and had no bans or penalties or suspensions. Also I didn't get any welcome back packs even though i played fc 25 and 26 and fc 26 for more than a thousand hours. I did switch from steam to the Ea app to launch the game, because I subscribed to EA Play Pro. I looked online and it shoudnt have caused any loyalty issues since the EA account is the exact same.  Here is proof. 

Any help on this since I would've like the Welcome back packs.
