Not getting my rewards in MUT26

In Madden ultimate team 26, I was doing a weekly progress playing CPU games. After the game, it said something about servers were interrupted, so are we started the game and turned it back on and realized my progress for that game for the challenges was not recorded but somehow I still moved up. How can this be fixed?

    After I completed the regular season, that is when the servers indication showed up and I started my game. Now I’m doing another game and instead of doing a playoff run, it’s making me do a whole other regular season.
