Community ManagerHey there, if you're not getting verification codes, try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure:
- your inbox isn’t full
- you’ve checked the spam folder
- you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
- you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
- If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.
If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email. If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact EA Help here.
Ive tried everything, no matter what I do I cant get or find the email, is there a way for yall at EA to open it and add or change the email, maby a phone number
