Not Receiving 2FA Email Code

I've been trying to rename my EA account for a while, but every time I try to change any setting whatsoever, I need to enter a 2FA code. But every time I check my email I don't get a single thing. My...

    I'm glad you found the email with the verification code you needed to log in. 

    I don't have visibility into your account here, but the wrong email address might be registered on the EA side.

    Please follow this guide to check and update the email address of your EA account if necessary, so this won't happen again.

    You can also check in with the support team by clicking the Contact Us button at the bottom of the guide, if you'd like to have a closer look at the EA account with an advisor.

UPDATE: SOLVED! for some reason the codes were going to my dad's email and not mine. Weird networking error but thats okay, we roll with the punches.
