not receiving emails
I've already tired marking Ea@e.ea.com as a safe email but it changes nothing my junk/spam is empty i had a long battle with my account had been used by a hacker and changed info... but I just got it all back recently I'm not sure why I'm not receiving emails. but from everything I've read from other forms and places like reddit this exact issue has been going on for at least 2 years... is the issue with outlook? and before I'm told speak to support the EA support requires me to add a game and platform and while I could pick any game the platform is required yet there isn't anything available for me to enter I don't know what to do I just want to secure my account with 2-factor and receive emails
