not receiving emails

I've already tired marking Ea@e.ea.com as a safe email but it changes nothing my junk/spam is empty i had a long battle with my account had been used by a hacker and changed info... but I just got it...

Hey there, if you're not getting verification codes, try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure: 

  • your inbox isn’t full
  • you’ve checked the spam folder
  • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
  • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
  • If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email.

Regarding the platform to select, you can choose PC. I hope this helps.
