My son is trying to play battlefield 6 and is prompted to enter his parents email to verify he can play. I have entered my email multiple times but I am receiving nothing. I am receiving other emails from ea, including verifying my account, but nothing to allow him to play.
Community ManagerHi HuskyKid42, if your son is underage, he won't be able to play BF6 online. It's also important to note that the game is PEGI 16.
If he is 16 or older, then you can contact EA Help for assistance updating the Date of Birth on the account if necessary. You can contact them here: https://help.ea.com/en/
