Not receiving verification code email

I am trying to update my email address but I can't do anything because it asks for a verification code but when I press "send code" I am not receiving the email with the verification code. I have checked the email for this account is the same as the email.

I have checked spam folders and added [email protected] to contacts but still not receiving anything. Is there a different email I should add to contacts?

I don't already have a phone number or 2FA added and it won't let me add them without the verification codes.

    I am having this same problem. It won’t let me log in without a verification code and I am not receiving one on my email no matter how many times I do it. I’m also not receiving it through my phone number.

    Thank you. I spoke with an advisor and my identity is verified. They were very helpful. I will have to use a different email but I have access to my account now.
