if you're having trouble receiving e-mails from EA, I would recommend opening a case per live chat. Support is the only one who can help with these kinds of issues, as we don't have access to account information here in the forum. If you contact them through the live chat, you should be connected to an employee in a short while and don't need to be able to receive e-mails.
