not working??

so im trying to login into my account on apex on my nintendo, yet its not working. it says ‘Unable to login. We cannot complete this action at this time. If you need assistance, please reference help.ea.com or answers.ea.com’ so i went on help.ea.com and there it gave me error 500. i tried reloading, its not working. can someone help?

    Hey yeriiscute​ have you tried any troubleshooting?

    I've found with the Switch that I can have issues logging in but a restart often fixes it.
