Old EA account

I’m trying to play Battlefield, but I linked an EA account that has the wrong email, so I can’t unlink it from Steam. Can anyone from EA help me change the email?

    Hi there,

    Since game progress is stored at the EA Account level, please be careful not to unlink anything without being sure first.

    If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

    The steps on this page would typically help you update that information. If you no longer have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.

Hi. I can't get to someone it keeps just giving me to the chat bot. All I need is for someone to change the email.

The chatbot is mainly there to collect players’ details first, so the case can be routed properly. It’s meant to gather the information an advisor would usually ask for upfront and help reduce back-and-forth. After that, you should normally see a Chat with us option.
