I have an old email that I no longer have access to and I can not play any more of my games, please help me

I have this issue too. Very old email I think as most is ***. And I’ve spent nearly £100 and would like to play. Please help!

That is not good. Read this blog Players/Parents, video game control is in your hands. Account Security 101: | EA Forums - 12556453 it should have all of the info and links you need to get help.

However, if you cannot verify account ownership that will be an issue. So make sure you have as much info as possible.

I still need help. How do I get access to this. The email is old and it’s linked to my Xbox account from ages ago. It was fine until this update. Can I please get some much needed help. Or have I wasted money. I can prove it’s me as it’s my real name and I have actual ID. I know it’s my fault for forgetting but surely it can be mended by EA staff or someone.
