Hi, i have an old ea account linked to my FC25 but the mail was controlled by an organisation and have been disabled so i cant receive the security code there and access online capabilities of my game, is there a way to unlink this account by support or in some way?
I have the same issue and can't get an answer. I've contacted EA and heard nothing back from them.
My GFX card has died so I wanted to play the BF6 beta on my PS5 on Thursday coming, but my PSN account is linked to the old email address.
I should be able to play the Beta on Saturday, but I'm off on Thursday. Ah well.
How long ago did you open the ticket?
