Lost access to my email and can't contact support

Hi,
Someone stole my email address and unfortunately I no longer have access to it. I'm trying to contact EA support to resolve this, but whenever I select the "Chat with us" option and fill out the form, it loads for a moment and then redirects me back to the homepage.

I’m really stuck and don’t know what to do.
Is there anyone who can help me or tell me how to get in touch with EA support in a different way?

    Okay, I found a solution — thank you very much to EA_cuervo who suggested trying to connect to the chat in incognito mode. That really helped, and I was able to change my email through a chat with a support agent.

    I have a simular issue whrer im not reciving emails from ea. Im signed in but can change anything whitout email confirmtion.

    Hey everyone, if you can't start a chat, please make sure your browser doesn't have ad/pop-up blockers. If the chat window still doesn't show up, please try clearing your cache, using a different browser, or using your browser in incognito mode. I hope this helps.

    I'm sorry if i bother you, i need help please can you help me? I have same case with bombolada, my email address got change but that not me. How i call EA Help, i mean i was chat the problem i have, but its not solved, can you help me?
