You should think they can, but they can’t. They have the possibility to set up a pop up for on the PS5. But I don’t get the pop-up in me EA game on the PS5. They’ve no other solution. Very strange there is no manager or other department who can help with this problem they said.
Also my Xbox S is logged in on the right EA account en should be a verified console. But when I went on the Xbox I don’t get the verification in the EA app so i can’t change things like my mail address.
