Online Football Ban

Hey guys, I have a problem. I've been banned from AFC Online and I don't know why. They say I violated the rules, but I'm being unfair. I feel really bad because I've been playing FIFA since the 2022 version up to 2026, and I bought all the versions officially. I only played Ultimate Team in the 2024 version because I'm not a pro. The only time I bought the game was with a friend's Visa card through his laptop, and I opened my account through it. As soon as I started playing, I found I was banned online. I contacted support more than once, but it didn't help. I'm someone who's always been careful about buying games. Does the gaming community have any solutions to get the ban lifted? I'm really suffering mentally.

    If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the tools and records necessary to review this for you. I see you mentioned contacting support already, but do make sure any appeals go through the steps above, as it is different than just contacting support.

    We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete. If you've already gone through this appeal process, you're welcome to create another appeal to have a different member of the ToS team take a look, up until the point where they mention no further appeals will be reviewed.

    If it's reached that point, then I'm afraid the action would be final and cannot be changed through other channels. If you have not reached that point, you're welcome to appeal again with the above steps as that is the only team able to review these actions. Thanks!
