Playstation Network NOT Linked

Hello, my old PlayStation account is stuck on my EA account. Since I can't access it, I created a new account for my newly purchased PlayStation 5. I purchased FIFA 26, but I can't connect it to my EA account. Even though I removed the old PS account from the account, the old account still appears connected. Please help. I can't connect my account to FIFA 26.

    Hey Kochisarli06_0​,

    Each EA account can only be linked to one account from each platform over its lifetime. While you may be able to unlink an account, you wouldn't be able to link a different account from the same platform.

    If you have a new PSN, that would need to be linked to an EA account that has never been connected to a different PSN in the past. If you're running into any issues getting the original accounts (re)linked, there is a Contact us option at the bottom of the above link so our support team can take a look to see what options may be available.

    You're not helping me at all, man. There's not even a contact channel. There's no live support. How do I solve this problem? Or is the easiest solution just to refund the game?

    What happens when you try creating a case through the link I provided in the last post?

    We do have a support team, and you'll need to speak with them regarding any issues re-linking the original accounts. Please keep in mind however, that you are not able to attach a second PSN to this EA account as it's already been linked to another PSN. This is true even if you've unlinked the first PSN account.

    This page goes into more detail about the various linking options, and similar to the previous link you can create a case to get in touch with support about this through the Contact us option at the bottom of the linked page.

    Even though I created a ticket, it doesn't appear in my cases. Your system is terrible, and I can't find anyone to contact. I really think the only solution is to refund the game.
